The Staff is really cool.
I imagine the Lich made it out of a minion that annoyed him for the final time.

thing about necromancy, you keep everything you kill, and it can either become your minion or your furniture. if you were a powerful foe or just a well liked dude and the lich has respect for you, hes totally raising you to be his besty, but if you were a massive asshole and no one liked you, your face gets turned into a tea cozy.
